Natalie has over 15 years of professional administrative experience and has been providing administrative support to the LIME team for 6 years. Natalie has demonstrated unparalleled proficiency in a multitude of crucial tasks, from crafting fee proposals to navigating all application processes to Authorities having Jurisdiction. Natalie has a keen eye for detail that ensures every document and application submission is thorough, compliant, and professionally crafted. Natalie has a knack for instilling confidence in clients and colleagues alike. In addition to proposal writing and regulatory processes, Natalie provides day-to-day administrative operations support to all members of the office. With her strong organizational skills and caring demeanour, Natalie ensures that the team can focus on their core responsibilities without distraction. Natalie’s professionalism and positivity makes her the ideal first point of contact for existing clients and potential new business opportunities while upholding LIME’s dedication to reliability and responsiveness.

When Natalie is not in the office, she spends many of her weekends travelling to the coast and the states to watch her son play lacrosse, cooking for friends and family, and spoiling her 3 Saint Bernards… yes, three!
